Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Focus of this role is to be the lead liaison between the customer, sales team, and the production team.
- Answering of phone and gathering detailed information on the potential customer’s personal information, the customer’s issues and needs, and effectively evaluating the customer’s situation and selling or scheduling the appropriate service. Responsible for setting up appointments in the schedule based on availability, location, and personnel skills. Confirming appointments with customers and gathering information pertaining to the service, including access to the property and payment arrangements.
- Reviewing weekly lead reports to follow up on open leads with potential customers in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy with lead data by inputting and updating the lead status, proposed value, sales target, and any appropriate lead notes. Closing out any dead leads in a timely manner.
- Working with the sales team to obtain proposals and change orders, sending to customers and obtaining signed contracts, change orders, certificate of completion documents, etc. through the Company’s e-sign platform. Contracts review for accuracy by ensuring the appropriate signers are listed on the contract/change order/document, ensuring building materials are specified, and ensuring construction methods are specified and detailed.
- Maintaining daily contact with all assigned customers by giving project start and completion dates, job progress updates, recording any new issues or concerns, and making any payment arrangements according to payment terms. This information is obtained by requesting job updates from the Production Manager. Review this information and report work completion to Accounting for accounts receivable purposes. Following up on accounts receivable with assigned customers and relaying any updates to the accounting dept.
- Communicating with subcontractors in regards to obtaining estimates and scopes of work. Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule subcontractors at the property. Reviewing subcontractor scopes of work and payment terms and reporting subcontractor scope of work completion to Accounting for subcontractor payment.
- Maintaining accurate files, pictures, records for all jobs utilizing the Company’s cloud software as well as the database/operating software.
- Track and order inventory, and materials from job take offs.

You’re work experience **IS A PLUS** if it includes the following:

- Previous customer service experience (preferably in the residential home services/construction field)
- Knowledge of building materials
- Proficient in office software and office systems (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Google Suite: Gmail, Google Drive, etc.
- Routing and scheduling of appointments and service calls
- Up selling of service offerings
- Logistics and routing

**Salary**: $35,000 - $50,000/year plus commission - Based on experience, aptitude and attitude.
