We are searching for a committed professional with a solid understanding of anatomy and proficiency in medical imaging technologies to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct diagnostic imaging and X-ray procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Operate and maintain various imaging equipment including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and mammography units.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Prepare patients for imaging tests and provide clear explanations of procedures.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic assessments.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure accurate documentation of all procedures.
- Perform X-rays and other diagnostic evaluations as directed by physicians
- Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Familiarity with PACS systems
- Travel to multiple locations during shift

**Skills**:

- Proficient in X-Ray, Mammography, CT scans, Nuclear medicine, and other diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with aseptic technique for maintaining sterile environments during procedures.
- Experience working in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic radiology practices.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or licensure as an X-ray Technician.
- Ability to perform X-rays and lift patients as necessary.
- Prior experience in emergency rooms or diagnostic radiology settings preferred.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols for patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- 1 year experience as x-ray technologist preferred
- Ability to perform scans accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Able to lift 100lbs without difficulty

**Schedule**:

- On call
- Rotating shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Full Time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Santa Monica, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
