Water/mold Crew Chief

**Crew Chief (1099- Position)**
- Objective
- To respond and perform all work

- Obtain 5 star review
- Provide Optimal Client Service
- Ensure specialty gear is utilized
- Gather all notes and pictures
- Communicate to PM
- Perform Room Scopes/Inspections (Water/Mold)
- Primary Responsibilities
- Respond 24/7
- Sign jobs
- Execute contracts
- Perform all work
- Ensures all required restoration project documentation, including forms and photo-documentation, is completed in accordance with established protocols.
- Lead any labor or subcontractors
- Obtain 5 star reviews
- Maintenance of truck and tools
- Perform moisture monitoring
- Perform room sketches
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Act as technician while on call (if needed)
- Perform in any capacity needed during CAT situations (Storm events, Tornados, Hurricanes, Frozen Pipes)
- Perform any role needed to aid the company during growth
- Reports to Project Manager

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Water/Mold Restoration Crew Chief
- Great communication skills/Understand English, If bilingual considered plus (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to move and/or lift 50+-75+ lbs.
- Working on-call schedule/Have a flexible schedule/Must be willing to work on call and weekends on a rotating schedule with all other Crew Chiefs/Techs
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen/Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
- IICRC Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT), IICRC Certification (required)
- Driver's license. Valid Driver's license is required. (required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities
- Overtime pay

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- Water damage restoration: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Westchester, IL 60154 (required)
