**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and audits of food production and storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain records related to food safety and quality, including temperature logs, sanitation records, and product specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
- Assist in the investigation of food safety incidents, product recalls, and customer complaints, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Provide training to employees on food safety best practices and HACCP principles.
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Perform laboratory testing, including microbiological and chemical analysis, to ensure product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
- HACCP certification is required.
- Prior experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food industry is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, such as FDA and USDA guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
