Sauer Southeast, LLC located in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking to hire a full-time Human Resource (HR) Generalist to help us build and continue to grow our construction work in the Southeast.

This position is responsible for providing support for the day-to-day operations of human resources processes and functions. The position will integrate their efforts, within our corporate HR department lead by an outside Human Resources consultant, and the position will have a specific focus on our personnel in the Southeast.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and preferred to have a proficiency in HRIS software and job posting websites.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Completion of an HR Certification program is preferred.
- At least 4-years related experience required.
