**Position Summary**:
Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system.

What you will Do:

- Processes bi-weekly payroll.
- Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of city, state, provincial, local, and federal legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions.
- Sets up and process Garnishments
- Coordinates payroll processing with UKG Pro.
- Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting.
- Ensures payroll issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepares required tax filings and other reporting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 Years of Payroll Experience

Desired Qualifications:

- UKG Pro Payroll Experience
- Other skills, systems experience, competencies (results oriented), computer abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
- A proven track record of results with a bias for action
- A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
