**Mission**

The mission of the role will be closing potential claimant contracts and converting them into clientele, while building strong rapport and trust quickly.. The Base compensation will be $40,000 with a robust bonus structure. We are looking to hire 10 individuals.

**Outcomes**
- Generating revenue through phone-based communication.
- Performance: Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly metrics set by law firm clients and supervisor.
- Client Acquisition: Conducting client interviews to complete Welcome calls, PFS, and intake forms.
- Service: Deliver an outstanding level of service that reflects favorably on our law firm customers and leaves a positive lasting impression on their potential clients
- Data Entry: Proficiently inputting data into our system in a timely and effective manner.
- Professionalism: Ensure that your interactions with the clients working with our law firm customers adheres to Bridge Legal’s standards.
- Accountability: Ensure that all Pending Intakes are followed up with in a timely fashion
- Adaptability: Effortlessly transitioning to meet the demands of the work at hand, be it daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Culture: Contribute to our culture of hard work, collaboration and driving positive outcomes through your efforts and your interactions with our team.

**Skill and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, specific to a sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly.
- Quickly assess and close opportunities
- Sales-focused mindset with an emphasis on empathy & motivation.
- Comfortable with owning their metrics

**Physical Requirements**:

- Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to use a computer and phone system for prolonged periods.
- Good hearing and speaking abilities for clear communication.
- Capability to type and operate a keyboard efficiently.
- Adequate vision for reading and navigating computer screens.
- Ability to handle occasional stress and high call volume situations.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
