Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Boutique Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean, organized and friendly store environment. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail setting, we would love to hear from you.

This is our job posting for SATURDAY help only. This is if you can only work on SATURDAYS. 1-2 Saturdays per month REQUIRED to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Provide a friendly and welcoming shopping environment for customers
- Help aid in day to day store tasks and opening/closing tasks
- Must be available to work most weekends in November and December. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, but we are open that Friday and Saturday - this is our busiest time of the year

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technology provided by the company
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Cash handling experience is desired
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Responsible and reliable
- High school diploma or equivalent required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
