**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Sprinkles Donut Shop LLC is looking for a reliable full-time Bakery Sanitation Associate at our new Central Kitchen in Hudsonville, Michigan.

**OVERVIEW**

Sprinkles Donut Shop LLC is a leading producer of donuts and pastry products in western Michigan. The company’s products include donuts, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, and pastries. Sprinkles Donut Shop is an independent bakery with seven retail locations and over 40 wholesale accounts. The state-of-the-art Central Kitchen houses the production lines which support retail and wholesale operations. Retail locations are in Ada, Allendale, Caledonia, Hudsonville, Grand Rapids, Norton Shores, and Rockford Michigan. One additional retail location will open this year.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning of our Central Kitchen and bakery production equipment
- Safely operate equipment and machines used in cleaning process
- Follows SQF (Safe Quality Food) Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
- Learn and develop sanitation and project best practices
- Follow bakery daily and project plans, implementing best practices.
- Safely operate floor scrubber and rack washer
- Comply with company rules and guidelines.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for SQF and OSHA
- Ability to work independently and supporting production by efficiently completing cleaning procedures
- Prepare and clean bakery for audits and visits
- Maintains strong and effective relationships with all bakery management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of sanitation experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment
- General knowledge of sanitation and cleaning
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment
- Repetitive motions - bending, pushing, twisting, hand and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
