**Valid Driver's License Required**

**Groundskeeper responsibilities include, but are not limited to;**
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas inside and outside the resort including, stairs/railings, celling's and vents on an as need basis.
- Inspect and clean all grounds, perform landscaping duties, and other tasks as directed by the Chief Engineer.
- Removal and replacement of trash both outdoors & indoors.
- Maintains the grounds daily, including keeping landscaping and parking areas clean, safe and attractive.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
