Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students in various sports disciplines. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement training programs for students in a variety os sports, including Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Flag Football, Lacrosse and Soccer
- Teach proper techniques, skills, and strategies to enhance performance
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their abilities
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Manage behavior and ensure discipline during training sessions
- Organize and supervise practice sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules and events
- Educate students on the importance of physical fitness and healthy lifestyle choices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a sports coaching or physical education role
- Strong knowledge and expertise in multiple sports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline in a group setting
- Passion for working with children and helping them develop their athletic abilities
- Certification or degree in sports coaching, physical education, or a related field is preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
