Bobcat Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bobcat Operator to join our team. As a Bobcat Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, mostly bobcats but occasional loaders, backhoes etc. We expertise in dirt work in new residential communities for new home builders from house pads to final grades. Your knowledge in operating machinery will contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects. Final grade experience is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain Bobcat equipment and other heavy machinery
- Perform tasks such as grading, leveling, excavating
- Safely load and unload materials using the equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the machines
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating Bobcat equipment and other heavy machinery
- Strong knowledge of loader operation, backhoe operation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
