Alpha Structural is the #1 design/build Foundation and Structural Repair company in Los Angeles. We have been in business for 30 years and are the best at what we do. We have been expanding very fast and are branching out to Orange County immediately.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated construction safety professional as our Safety Officer. This position is the driving force in our company to implement all safety goals. You will be in the field at least 50% of the time, doing safety trainings directly with crews and pushing our safety to the gold standard. You will have access to our GotSafety program to manage and document trainings. This role will require knowledge of construction: demolition, concrete, excavation, and framing.

**Spanish-speaking is required.**

The schedule for this position will be 7:15am-4:15pm M-TH. On Fridays the schedule will be 9:00am-6:00pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting and correcting safety violations daily on construction sites
- Training and documenting with various staff in company
- Creating a culture of safety
- Creating safety reports and sharing with various staff
- Implementing programs to achieve zero injuries in the workplace
- Crawling underneath structures and houses
- Starting your day at the jobsites and finishing your administrative duties in the office daily
- Will create and manage your own schedule to accomplish all job site inspections

**Salary**: $75,000-$90,000

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
