**Team Member**:
We are seeking a part-time Nutritional Pharmacy Associate to join our team. The Nutritional Pharmacy Associate will play a crucial role in our patient experience by providing patients with personalized nutritional supplement guidance. This position is patient-facing with back-office operational work and requires exceptional customer service skills, a positive, friendly attitude, and a general understanding and interest in nutrition and supplementation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Fulfill and dispense nutritional supplement orders
- Pleasantly answer inbound phone calls in a helpful and confidential manner
- Offer information about Born Clinic’s Nutritional Pharmacy. If necessary, route clinical questions to the appropriate medical staff or Provider team member
- Take phone orders for accurate processing
- Accurately add/update data into EHR, pharmacy operation systems, and e-commerce platform, including patient information, charges, and payments
- Assist with maintaining an up-to-date e-commerce platform
- Handle pharmacy patient checkout accurately, including processing patient fee tickets, documenting charges and discounts, collecting payment, and maintaining an accurate cash drawer
- Handle the shipping process efficiently across multiple channels
- Assist with receiving inventory, product stocking and rotation on shelves, and inventory counting
- Serve a source of knowledge on nutritional supplements, including their composition, health benefits, potential side effects, and interaction with other supplements or medications in order to effectively answer patient questions
- If needed, assume additional responsibilities in times of team member absenteeism
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Weekly schedule of Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with involvement in the late-night rotation
- Must provide exceptional patient experience and satisfaction
- Must be compassionate and service-oriented to help patients with their health and wellness management plans
- Must have multitasking, time-management, and strong communication skills
- Must comply with HIPAA regulations, corporate compliance plan, workforce confidentiality rules, safety, and OSHA regulations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
