**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information and guidance to address customer concerns and resolve issues
- Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests through multiple communication channels
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification a plus
