**Summary**

Bakes all bread, rolls, breakfast breads, cookies, muffins, biscuits and pies, sets and punches dough. Has full responsibility for the production of the bakery.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepares all dessert menu items for Harvest Buffet, Sweets, Etc., EDR and Banquets.
- Mix ingredients for all desserts.
- Bakes bread, cakes, cookies, pastries & pies.
- Makes and decorates all cakes, puddings, cookies, pies, tarts and French pastry items found on the dessert menus and in Sweets, Etc., EDR, Canyon Café and Harvest Buffet.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Education and**/or **Experience**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Age Requirement**

Must be at least 18 years of age.

**Language Skills**

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

**Mathematical Skills**

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
