**Overview**

Tanaq Government Services (TGS) provides facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services to Federal customers. Services provided include complete building maintenance and operations on large complex individual buildings as well as multiple buildings on large campus type environments including military installations. TGS is a subsidiary of the St. George Tanaq Corporation, an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) committed to serving Federal customers while also giving back to the Tanaq native community and shareholders.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Project Manager** to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts and assemblies to meet production and client’s priorities at a military base. The Project Manager reviews production schedules and confers with department supervisors to determine materials required and establishes delivery sequence to departments according to job order priorities. Arranges for materials transfers to meet production schedules and support repair and assembly. The Project Manager attends planning meetings and provides floor space calculations for furniture requirements placement. This is a fully onsite position in Tampa, FL.

**Responsibilities**
- Acts as Contractor representative to military and civil service employee authorities
- Coordinates floor space planning and develops design configurations
- Insures that system furniture receipts meet requisition specifications and quantity
- Advises military department leaders and government inspectors of scheduling
- Manages staff to disassemble, install, and dispose office furnishings
- Attends planning meetings with military and government civilian employees
- Maintains inventory records of materials in storage
- Coordinates and manages the operation and maintenance of assigned vehicles
- Supervises and provides leadership of contract employees
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**Required Experience and Skills**
- Minimum 10 years in Management Leadership positions
- At least 10 years of experience with floor space planning and modular furniture installation
- An understanding of stock management terminology
- Specific experience with Hayworth systems furniture assembly /disassembly
- Knowledge and use of Excel, Word software
- US citizenship required
- Ability to obtain base access credentials
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clear and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Ability to build effective working relationships with staff, customers, and others.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.

**Education and Training**
- Completion of 2-3 years of college majoring in Business Administration preferred. Employment in relevant Department leadership positions may be substituted for college credit.
