Shipper/receiver

**Summary**:
This position reports to the ICT Fabricators site facility Manager and will be responsible for shipping/ receiving and inventory accuracy, including tracking purchases of raw materials, recording daily production of finished product, and processing sales orders to clients. In addition, this position assists the manager with data entry, receipts of purchase orders as well as other warehouse functions as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate receiving raw materials from vendors.
- Maintain inventory records and stored locations of raw materials as received.
- Direct fabrication shop team of material locations to be consumed and update inventory records as needed.
- Organize, audit, and coordinate packaging of finished products to be shipped.
- Organize trucking and shipping documents for shipping finished products.
- Communicate shipping date and transit times to Project Managers.
- Ensuring correct balances on inventory items, and monthly reporting
- Key member of monthly cycle counts, and annual inventory counts and recoding inventory adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to accurately enter data and work with Facility Manager to correct errors.
- High attention to detail
- Forklift experience is required as well as sorting, packaging, and banding of finished products.
- Intermediate use of Excel and spreadsheets
- 3 - 5 years experience in similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift 6 am - 2:30 pm
- Monday - Friday

- Chandler, AZ 85249: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 1 year (required)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
