Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Oversee human resources functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in revenue management techniques
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel booking systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,415.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Overnight shift
