Overview:
We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects and operating earth moving equipment. Operate a Rotary Lazer Leveling system. Assemblie basic pipe dranage/septic/sewer systems. CDL license is a plus. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, Skidsteers, dump trucks, tankers, water trucks, and bulldozers
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Perform installation of drainage and sewer pipe tasks as required
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred 5 years min
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, Skidsteers, dump trucks, excavators, and bulldozers
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks including digging and lifting heavy materials
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a construction setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Home daily

**Experience**:

- Heavy equipment operation: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CDL A or B License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Coxsackie, NY 12051 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Coxsackie, NY 12051: Relocate before starting work (required)
