Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
- This position is responsible for flushing the case of poultry with CO2 gas as recommended in the operating manual and then sealing the bag once the correct volume of gas has been filled.
- Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to insure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Must have basic knowledge of simple math functions.
- No specific school level is needed.
- Must have the skill level to alert the line supervisor when a problem is detected with the equipment.
- Must have the basic training ability in simple sanitation needs of the process.
- Must have the learning ability to use and operate a weigh scale.
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for prolong period of time (8-10 hours) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
