Job Overview:
As we grow into our new location, we are in search of a Head Bartender who embodies the perfect balance of energy, expertise, and leadership. Your role will demand meticulous attention to detail as you craft exquisite cocktails, pour delicious beers, and provide unparalleled customer service. With your dynamic and energetic demeanor, you will set the tone for the bar, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests and motivating the team. Leadership will be a cornerstone of your position, as you guide and inspire fellow staff members to uphold our standards of excellence. Your ability to delegate tasks effectively will ensure smooth operations even during peak hours, maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction. Weekend availability is essential, as you will be instrumental in orchestrating our busiest shifts and delivering memorable experiences to patrons. Your extensive cocktail experience will shine as you innovate and elevate our beverage offerings, keeping our menu fresh and exciting. In this role, you will not only be a bartender but a leader, driving success and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels, order, and restock bar supplies as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Ability to manage a diverse staff
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work weekends and create schedules for team
