**Description**:Advanced Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is an Emergency Services company available 24 hrs - 7 days a week. We specialize in sewer/drain cleaning, water jetting, video inspections and Jet-Vac services. We are currently searching for a Part-Time Dispatcher & Office Assistant with exceptional customer service skills. **Position is on-site at our Totowa, NJ office. Schedule is 4PM-10PM three nights per week. There will be opportunities to pick up extra shifts as necessary.**

**As the Part-Time Dispatcher & Office Assistant, you will**:

- Update information in our field management program.
- Manage all dispatch functions including scheduling emergency service work and estimates.
- Coordinate workflow for several technicians and helpers.
- Responsible for successfully building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in construction trades
- excellent computer skills and organizational skills
- great decision making skills
- Must be able to manage fluctuating priorities, be a self-starter, and work with minimum supervision

**Position is on-site at our Totowa, NJ office. Schedule is 4PM-10PM three nights per week. There will be opportunities to pick up extra shifts as neccessary.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
