**Full-Time Paralegal at Civil Litigation Law Firm**

We are a boutique civil litigation law firm focusing on personal injury law and commercial disputes; we are committed to providing personalized and exceptional legal services to our clients and are currently seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Paralegal to join our close-knit team.

**Position**: Full-Time Paralegal

**Location**: Tampa Area, Florida

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive legal support to all attorneys for the practice areas of personal injury and commercial litigation/commercial disputes.
- Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files, documents, and evidence.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Maintain the firm’s and attorneys’ calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure timely compliance with deadlines.
- Manage administrative tasks such as billing, time tracking, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with medical providers to obtain treatment updates, medical records, and bills, ensuring timely and accurate information for legal proceedings.
- Review and synthesize complex medical records, summarizing key details and providing valuable insights to support legal strategies and case preparation.
- Compile liens and medical bills and negotiate liens and bills with insurance and medical providers in an efficient, timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal, preferably with experience in personal injury law and/or commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of Florida legal procedures, court rules, and state and federal filing requirements.
- Proficiency in legal research, including LexisNexis or Westlaw.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to comply with deadlines and court-imposed schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
