Warehouse Utility Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Warehouse Utility Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Utility Operator will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:
Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles.

Move and stack products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.

Ensure accurate and timely movement of goods to and from storage areas.

Operate various types of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor.

Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.

Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of goods.

Help maintain accurate inventory records.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Verify that orders are accurate and complete.

Load orders onto delivery trucks ensuring secure and damage-free transportation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Dispose of waste materials and perform general housekeeping tasks.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.

Help with the distribution of materials within the warehouse.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to support overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy items.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.75 - $23.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
