Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our directional drilling team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of directional drilling projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and direct crews on-site
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks, ensuring project timelines are met
- Keep up on daily and weekly reports
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage
- Provide training and guidance to crew members as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Foreman
- Knowledge of directional drilling processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
