Position includes, however not limited to, contract administration, on-site coordination, communicating directly with contractors, designers and owners concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling, quality control and all aspects of construction management. **Requirements**:

- Familiarity with AIA billing processes a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and able to communicate effectively at all levels with a positive attitude.
- Ability to read construction blue prints and store elevation drawings is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
