Steam/ Crab Room

Family owned seafood market carry-out looking to add to our team Join our Maryland crab department with sorting live crabs, steaming crabs to order, bagging orders and practicing food safety.

Flexible scheduling, no late nights, closed Tuesday's, **must be able to work weekends and holiday's.**

**Crab Room Responsibilities**:

- Sort live crabs, steam and bag all crab orders
- Be knowledgeable on kitchen safety, food safety, cross contamination, all kitchen stations and equipment
- Rotate all crab inventory to ensure freshness and highest quality of product
- Complete all opening and closing duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Nottingham, MD (required)
