**Job Overview**:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN to work full time in Case Management for Monmouth Medical Center.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- BSN required.
- NJ RN License
- 3 to 5 years acute care RN experience

**Preferred**:

- Utilization Review or Discharge Planning Experience
- Case Management Certification

**Scheduling Requirements**:

- Full Time 40 hours/week
- 8-4:30 or 9-5

**Essential Functions**:

- The Case Manager coordinates quality Healthcare services to meet our patient s needs & assures they are generated in a timely and cost effective manner & helps them and their family make informed Healthcare decisions.
