We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team. The Field Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of field staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. The Field Supervisor receives general administrative direction and reports to the Operations Manager. The Field Supervisor is responsible for all public works and development activities of Field Operations and Development. This position coordinates assigned activities with other departments, outside agencies and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to managment.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and supervise field staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and address any issues
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving field operations
- Maintain accurate records of field activities and performance metrics
- Ensure that the operation is managed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Ensure operators are maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, and operations
- Experience supervising and mentoring employees at the field level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Works as a team to communicate, collaborate, and create strong alignment internally and externally with our customers and partners.
- Complies with all government, industry and EVO regulations and standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all employees.
- In-person, physical presence, and direct supervision during critical operations.
- Supervises all field operations employees in planning, organizing, and carrying out daily task.
- Possesses a strong awareness of crews’ strengths and weaknesses and develops plans to mitigate as well as develop their crew to their potential.
- Creates a diverse, inclusive, and safe work environment where employees of all backgrounds feel included, and their contributions valued.
- Determines the need and use of equipment for each job as per request.
- Communicates with the customer on proper procedures to field locations and plans and implements impactful procedures for all field operators.
- Prepares and keeps accurate paperwork on service orders, time sheets, job reports and other administrative items.

**Previous experience in Public Works as a Supervisor or in Management is a plus**
