Job Overview:
Experience REQUIRED. At least two years of bartending experience is required.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. This position requires a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Every weekend availability is a must.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on drink choices
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in bartending - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, **weekends**, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
