Our Global Sciences Team specializes in prototyping and scaling ground breaking decision boards tailored to the outstanding needs of our diverse business areas and global regions and work on custom strategic Analytics projects. With a blend of technical expertise and eye for business, we transform sophisticated data into actionable insights, empowering our leaders to make informed decisions and drive critical initiatives. As part of this role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how we harness and use data insights across our key categories and marketing initiatives. Your role will be diverse, covering strategic planning, solution design, and hands-on development of advanced analytics solutions tailored to our key regions and categories.

You'll serve as the crucial link between our business leaders and our extensive data resources. You will work directly with the Global Science lead and Sr. Director of Marketing and FC Analytics. Your expertise will be pivotal in translating sophisticated business challenges into actionable analytics strategies, to drive innovation and velocity. By closely collaborating with senior business leaders, you'll gain valuable insights into our business landscape, enabling you to craft bespoke analytics solutions that address critical difficulties and unlock new growth opportunities, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

You will be responsible for not only building innovative analytics solutions but also for nurturing strong partnerships with key partners across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you'll guide them through the intricacies of data analytics, helping them see the transformative power of data-driven decision-making. Your talent for bridging technical complexities with business objectives will be essential in driving widespread adoption of our analytics solutions and fostering a culture of data-driven excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand key business challenges and capture requirements.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop self-serve analytics solutions tailored to global regions and categories.
- Build scalable modules and sections within the solutions to address a variety of business questions and scenarios.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of analytics solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and standard processes in analytics and data visualization, continuously enhancing our solutions.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$135,200 - $205,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
