The Program Coordinator supports the Program with administrative support and program coordination. The person in this role will work specifically with Spanish-speaking business owners and entrepreneurs. Being bilingual (English-Spanish) is a requirement to be considered for this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Provides support to the Program Manager in developing and implementing effective programming.
- Assists the Program Manager in evaluating the program and tracking program effectiveness. Including Data entry on a weekly basis.
- Assists with creating, coordinating, and facilitating presentations and workshops to businesses and other community organizations.
- Maintains relationships with community partners and promotes program services.
- Assists with recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing program volunteers.
- Provides mentorship, resources, and guidance to program participants.
- Conducts outreach in the community, tables at events, and attends community partner events.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English
- Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work effectively with the Board and staff, volunteers, and program participants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent related experience
- Experience assisting or coordinating a non-profit or community-based program

**Preferred Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
