**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform various construction tasks such as flooring installation, door hanging, concrete forming, plumbing, carpentry work, caulking, etc.
- Estimate project costs and timelines accurately
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of building techniques and materials
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience with tools and equipment used in construction projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
