- Two years of experience working with payroll & employee expense reimbursement. Processing of accounts payable/receivable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, vendors, and the general public. Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies. Monitor overdue accounts & follow-up for payment
- Issue monthly invoices to clients
- Reconcile bank & credit card transactions
- Perform analysis of financials & prepare spreadsheets, budgets, trend analysis, balance sheets, profit & loss statements & cash flow statements
- All other duties as assigned

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
