Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. You will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and maintaining food safety standards.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Implement proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain food safety standards
- Collaborate with the banquet department to plan and execute special events or functions
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management principles and techniques
- Proficient in menu planning and recipe development
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience supervising a team of kitchen staff
