Casper is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented superstar to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator This person will support both the Marketing team and the Sales team and will play a critical role in ensuring the teams are set up for success.

**When **you're not catching zzz's, this is what you'll do**:

- Responsible for anticipating and coordinating all inputs to trade shows and sales events, inclusive but not limited to ordering supplies, coordinating training, booking travel, setting up food and beverage, and coordinating logistics
- Book travel and managing travel budget for Chief Growth & Marketing Officer, sales team, and for external vendors as needed
- Expense reconciliation and settlement
- Manage the PO process for vendors and trade shows
- Coordinate logistics for meetings both at our home offices and at the offices of our partners
- Manage internal calendar for both the Marketing Team and the Sales Team
- Partner with the Visual Team to coordinate the ordering, delivery and setting up of any signage, materials, product for meetings
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership on ad hoc projects that will contribute to the overall success of the team including project management
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed and serve as main point of contact for team members, fielding any questions related to both the Marketing Team and the Sales Team
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining team materials
- Ability to travel when needed, roughly 10% of the time
- 3-5 years of experience in a coordinator role; marketing, retail and/or wholesale industry knowledge preferred
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solver, and results-driven individual
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while working under challenging time constraints; should be able to pivot and re-prioritize at a moment's notice
- High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; being able to convey complex ideas, information, and instructions clearly, accurately, and effectively
- A team player; flexibility to work across multiple functions and disciplines
- Strong project management skills; one who anticipates client needs and proactively finds solutions
- A vault; deeply respectful of confidentiality, privacy and handling adheres to protocols regarding sensitive information
- No task too small or too large attitude
- Calendar (Google Calendar), travel (Concur), and meeting planning experience required
- This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our spacious 3 World Trade Center office

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $29-36 USD per hour

Casper's compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
