Nail Salon Receptionist

As a receptionist at Global Nails & Spa, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the salon. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- **Greeting Clients**: Welcome clients as they arrive at the salon with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage the salon's appointment book efficiently, scheduling and confirming appointments over the phone, in person. Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and mínimal wait times for clients.
- **Customer Assistance**: Provide detailed information about our nail services, pricing, and promotions to clients, assisting them in choosing the appropriate treatments based on their preferences and needs.
- **Check-In and Check-Out**: Handle client check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining client records with confidentiality and discretion.
- **Retail Sales**: Assist clients in selecting nail care products and accessories from our retail section, offering recommendations based on their preferences and educating them about proper nail care techniques.
- **Maintaining Salon Cleanliness**: Ensure that the reception area, waiting area, and retail section are neat, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and tidiness in the salon throughout the day.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist in various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing area.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferably experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a genuine interest in providing exceptional service to clients.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must speak Vietnamese

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
