Construction Foreman

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Read, interpret, explain and teach residential and commercial blueprints
- Review project proposals to determine budget, time frames, staffing requirements and allotment of resources
- Outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, scope authority to project staff; award new contracts
- Manage subcontractors + builder relationships
- Arrange all inspections, drawings, and estimates required for field
- Prepare project reports for management, office staff, builders
- Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve any problems, modifying schedules or plans as required
- Manage work orders
- Manage discrepancies between field data and project data

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Commercial pour experience required
- Knowledge of leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Ability to produce timely results of high quality and accuracy
- Must have imagination and strong problem-solving skills, with a strong technical orientation
- Ability to weigh decisions carefully and thoroughly based on expertise in order to avoid unpredictable risk

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years working on concrete related projects
- Specializes in residential/commercial concrete pours
- Must be a motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluency in Spanish a bonus

Pay: $26.21 - $31.56 per hour
