1097 Watersports, INC is seeking to hire part-time and full-time employees starting in April and going to the end of the year. 1097 Watersports has served on Lake Conroe for 6 years and has been a reliable source of quality boats, jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, party boats, and Pirate ship rentals while being reasonably priced.

Our staff is known for their friendly, knowledgeable service.

Our Staff performs a **variety** of functions. You will be required to:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Check vessels for proper equipment and replace if missing
- Clean and scrub down boats **every day you work**.
- Assist customers with creating bookings.
- Give safety orientations on operating watercraft.
- Be courteous and respectful.
- Perform heavy lifting
- Obtain a boaters licensebefore working or within the first 72 hours of employment.
- Drive boats and Jet Skis, as well as drive/park large trailers
- Fuel vessels after each rental and at the end of the day
- Secure company assets and office at the end of the business day
- Maintain a daily vessel log and Inventory
- All other duties will be assigned.

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Flexible scheduling is a MUST.
- **Must **be available to work every weekend.
- **Must **be available to work holidays (Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor day, etc.)
- Previous knowledge in piloting watercraft is **strongly preferred **(but not required).
- Must be willing to learn about watercraft operations.
- Mechanical/electrical expertise is welcome.

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- Driver's License (required)
