- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant IT qualification and/or certification highly preferred
- Excellent technical skills with an emphasis on:
- Windows desktop operating system
- Mac OS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong understanding of existing network programs and capabilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration and use of desktop hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals
- Troubleshooting and assistance on all types of mobile devices
- Configuration of new hardware for users
- Re-image/clean-up of existing hardware
- Updating existing hardware with new components such as hard drives, memory, etc.
- Other duties to be assigned
