To perform general cleaning and maintenance of building/facilities. May be expected to make basic repairs.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
- Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
- Make basic repairs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

- Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D and 0-2 years Janitorial experience; OR two years Janitorial experience.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Related training or certification.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- General Maintenance Tools (Brooms, Mops, Hand and Power Tools).

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Potential earning is from $22.1053 to $30.8999 hourly
