Masonry Laborer

**Responsibilities - **Carry out several daily activities which range from moving materials and equipment to assisting in the project chores; Mason tender; Build scaffolding; Prepare surfaces before beginning work, mix mortar, do general clean up; Stock supplies.

**Required Work Experience - **Adequate knowledge of relevant tools, masonry techniques, equipment, and materials, good communication and interpersonal skills, particular attention to details; Mixing grout or cement and moving it to the work area; Knowledge of related tools, masonry techniques, equipment and materials; Skill in the construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces; Able to operate a forklift and assemble scaffolding materials.

**Skills/Education - **High School diploma or equivalent. Three to five years’ masonry laborer, OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. OSHA 10 certification. Excellent communication skills, profound knowledge of related tools, and masonry techniques; equipment.

**Must have own transportation to get to various work sites within the Greater Hartford Area.**

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
