Reviews analyzes and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies documents reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Core Requirements:
**8-10 years of experience**
**Appian platform experience**
**Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field**
**experience with deploying and maintaining software products in a cloud environment**
**DevOps experience**
**Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency preferred, not mandatory)**

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
