Raytheon is seeking a Third-Party Logistics Specialist to support the 3PL site in Manchester, NH. This site supports the Raytheon factories located across Massachusetts.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

- Drive key strategic initiatives.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with key business partners.
- Serve as liaison between Raytheon factory and 3PL operations.
- Support the receipt, consolidation, staging, and processing of material within the outbound sales process.
- Work across functional teams to resolve any processing issues during the WIP cycle.
- Maintain the data integrity of several different software-based material tracking tools.
- Implement lean work practices and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Use Raytheon and 3PL operating tools and services.
- Problem solve and find corrective actions.
- Strong excel and analytical skills.
- Account for material during outbound operation.
- Support site activities related to packaging and shipping of material in accordance with MIL-STD specifications, contractual obligations, and local/international laws.
- Travel domestically as needed, but not more than 20%.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen as the position will require the ability to access U.S. only Data Systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

Required Experience:

- Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
- Warehouse experience in a factory, manufacturing, and/or logistics environment or related field.

Desired Experience:

- SAP use in warehouse environment
- APICS certification
- Use of data analytics
- CORE, or equivalent experience, in eliminating waste and process improvement techniques.

**Education**:
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
