**Salary**: Starting at $18 per hour

Green Motion Car and Van Rental is seeking a Rental Car Agent to join our team at the Arcadia location. As a Rental Car Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their car rental needs, processing rental agreements, managing rental inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with their car rental needs
- Process rental agreements and manage rental inventory
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any damage or mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized rental office and rental vehicles
- Meet sales goals and promote additional services and upgrades to customers

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in the car rental industry is a plus, but not required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening

We offer competitive compensation starting at $18 per hour, as well as full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules. Training will be provided for all job duties and responsibilities.
