**Ingredients for your success**:
As a Warehouse Associate
- picker/shipper, you will be responsible for safely unloading the product from the daily shuttle trucks, separating cases and boxes for delivery the upcoming day, and loading palletized orders to local delivery trucks. This process needs to be repeated with little or no damage to any of the boxes/cases as all product is to fulfill customer’s food orders. Pickers are required to be certified and follow safety protocols in operating machinery and factory-related equipment.

**Requirements**:

- ** Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship.**:

- ** Must be flexible and able to work Sunday - Thursday 10 pm - 6 or 9 pm - 5 am work schedule.**:

- Must be 18 years or older with a mobile device for company communications.
- Reliable transportation.
- Material handling experience helpful.
- Wheeler: Hand-selecting orders from shuttle semi-trailer.
- Stacking product on pallets following proper handling and safety practices.
- Labeling pallets based on order sheets.
- Wrapping for safe and damage-free transport.
- Load customer’s pallets onto company delivery trucks.
- Once certified, operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products when needed.
- Maintain and safely operate all assigned mechanical equipment; safety protocol around moving equipment and loading dock area.
- Clean up the dock area after trucks have been loaded and left for the day.
- Able to obtain pallet jack and forklift certification, training will be done on-site.
- Able to frequently lift 5 lbs to 100 lbs and carry boxes 100 ft.
- Able to work quickly, and consistently throughout the shift.
- Occasional reaching up to 72”, frequently bending or twisting.
- Determination to meet or exceed established cases per error goals.
- Solid reading, writing, and communication skills to effectively perform job requirements and adhere to safety regulations.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work with little direction.
- Respect & Teamwork: working together to ensure solid preparations are completed for our trucks to keep to their scheduled deliveries, together you are moving up to 3,000 cases of food daily for Connecticut-area customers

The most important requirement is reliability
- that you report to your scheduled shift, so your co-workers can trust your attendance and not have to carry your load
