**Compensation Range: $43 - 48 per hour**

We are seeking a seasoned **Visual Merchandising Designer** with over 7 years of hands-on experience in corporate visual merchandising to join our client's team, focusing on delivering exceptional in-store experiences

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute special visual display projects as directed by senior visual staff.
- Participate actively in the proofing process to ensure the highest quality of visual assets.
- Create, review, and approve planograms to optimize product placement and store layout.
- Design 3D renderings and industrial designs, utilizing a background in relevant exhibition design programs.
- Generate Photoshop renderings to visualize concepts and communicate ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance visual assets and ensure cohesive branding.
- Source materials for window displays, in-store, and showroom set-ups to create impactful presentations.
- Participate in store changeovers, ensuring seamless transitions and updated visual displays.
- Pitch in wherever necessary to support the visual merchandising team and meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising or a related field.
- Proven experience in PLV (Point of Sale) developments within the retail business.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketchup is a must.
- Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong background in store design and an ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, capable of innovating and asking the right questions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with timely and exceptional execution.
- Experience in creating 3D renderings and industrial design within product merchandising (not fashion).
