**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Perform receptionist duties. Greet and welcome incoming visitors/clients. Answer and direct incoming calls and route appropriately or take messages. Maintain information on telephone system and functions, update agency phone listings and extensions.

2. Provide general agency information.

3. Perform routine secretarial/clerical duties as assigned, type correspondence, envelopes, labels, etc. for agency programs and perform simple data entry.

4. Assist with special agency projects including Senior Fair, Agency newsletter, etc.

5. Copy documents, fax as instructed; knowledge of use/maintenance of copiers, printers, fax machines and shredders. Ensure machines are supplied with paper, check daily or as needed.

6. Prepare materials for outgoing mailing, ensuring correct postage, and prepare certified mail as needed. Deliver mail to the Post Office as needed.

7. Receive and sort incoming mail and distribute it to appropriate staff. Maintain agency staff mail slots.

8. Order general office supplies and building products, ensure orders are complete and follow-up as needed. Maintains office supply inventory.

9. Assists the Independent Living Services Program in sending out resource materials.

10. Maintain schedule/calendar for use of Conference Rooms. Ensure rooms are set up for meetings, posts meeting information, and the room is cleaned up after meetings.

11. Maintain log of conference room use, purpose of meeting, number of attendees, equipment use, etc. by community groups, government agencies and training sessions.

12. Maintain vehicle schedule for vehicle use.

13. Check newspapers daily, maintain copies/records of all articles pertaining to PGCSC.

14. Ensure reception areas and kitchen are maintained in a clean and tidy manner; monitor daily. Maintain kitchen calendar.

15. Ensure restrooms are clean and supplied with paper products, soap, spray, etc. monitor daily or as needed.

16. Perform other duties as assigned by Administrative Services Director or President/CEO.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
At least 3 years experience in Front desk. Or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience as receptionist, clerical area, data entry, record keeping or general office procedures and practices which indicates the ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities. Possess a current AZ Drivers License and 39 month driving record. Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and must pass Central Registry Background.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
