Pro-Dough Company is a family-owned and operated business with a 35-year history of supplying delicious pizza dough to the largest food distributors and local pizzerias in the area. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest, highest-quality products and are looking for a passionate individual to join our team.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Pizza Dough Production and Packaging Specialist** to assist with the production, packaging, and sanitation of our pizza dough products. This is a physically demanding position that requires a commitment to teamwork, quality, and safety.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of pizza dough according to established recipes and procedures.
- Operate and maintain dough mixing and forming equipment.
- Package finished dough products in accordance with customer specifications.
- Inspect and ensure the quality and consistency of finished products.
- Label and date finished products according to company standards.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the production area and equipment according to safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings (start time 6am), evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
